Perry and Sherwood (both of whom traffic in an idiosyncratic sound and approach to production) sound perfectly suited as collaborators. Combine the experimental influences with hard charging dance rhythms and Lee Scratch Perryâ??s inane singing, and you have an album that is not only great listening but also very interesting. Lee comes up with some great hooks and lines and the sinister dub-and-fire-and-thunder effects are awesome. Lee Perry at his weirdest.
