Made in the USA."Still Cyco Punk After All These Years" on CD is a raw, high-energy album by the legendary crossover punk/thrash band Suicidal Tendencies, released via their own imprint Suicidal Records. The record revisits and reimagines material from the band's earlier "Cyco Punk" era, delivering a fierce, modern studio production while preserving the aggressive spirit and attitude that made them pioneers of the hardcore and skate-punk movement. Fast tempos, tight riffing and shouted, highly rhythmic vocals create a relentless flow that will appeal to fans of old-school punk, hardcore and metal alike. Lyrically, the CD stays true to the band's roots, circling around themes of individuality, inner struggle, rebellion and the determination to remain "cyco" and authentic despite changing times. Suicidal Tendencies, formed in the early 1980s in California, are widely regarded as one of the most influential bands in the crossover scene, bridging hardcore punk and thrash metal and inspiring generations of skate- and alternative bands. With a long discography that includes scene-defining albums and anthems that became staples of the skate and extreme-sports culture, they have toured worldwide and built a loyal, intergenerational fanbase. Their reputation is based on explosive live shows, powerful grooves and the unmistakable voice and presence at the front of the band. Suicidal Records serves as the band's own label platform and is dedicated to preserving the artistic control and integrity of Suicidal Tendencies and related projects. By operating independently, Suicidal Records focuses on releases that reflect the band's vision instead of short-term trends, ensuring high-quality productions tailored to the community that has grown around their music.
