I've heard some Rajna songs on compilations before and they did not impress me. And I do not really like Asian motifs in music. But, after listening to the whole album and under the right mood, I was impressed. Asian music here, though, is bursting outward, but it is somehow miraculously adapted to the european ear: the complicated structure of the tracks, the drive and the rhythm - how these guys play on all sorts of sticks with strings! Interesting female and male vocals. Soft and pretty high-quality sound.
